The team and I dedicate ourselves to providing exceptional customer service and to excel in our roles as puppy trainers. Whilst recognition is not our primary motivation, we humbly acknowledge the praise received for our efforts. The year 2023 brought with it notable recognition and commendation for Puppy Tales within the pet industry sector. So please read on to find out more about our award winning puppy training.
Business Service of the Year 2023
In August, the PetQuip awards chose us as finalists for the category of Business Service of the Year 2023.
PetQuip, known for celebrating excellence within the pet trade industry, recognises those who have demonstrated outstanding achievement and success. We were humbled by this acknowledgment and grateful for the opportunity to showcase our commitment to excellence.
Puppy Training Company of the Year 2023/2024
Then, in September, we were honoured to receive the award of Puppy Training Company of the Year 2023/2024 (London and South East England).
The Prestige Awards recognise the contributions of small, independent businesses, shining a light on those who consistently deliver exceptional services. Their judging panel evaluates various criteria such as; service excellence, quality, ethics, and consistency.
Importantly, the judges highlighted our positive reinforcement training approach. Rooted in empathy and mutual understanding, this ethical method upholds the highest standards of animal welfare. This enables us to lay a solid foundation for both puppies and their owners to thrive together from the outset.
Pet Behaviourist of the Year 2023
And finally, in November, I had the privilege of attending the Pet Industry Federation Awards as a nominee. I was utterly thrilled to be named Pet Behaviourist of the Year 2023 at the awards ceremony.
These awards serve to highlight the exceptional talent and diversity driving the pet industry forward, and I felt deeply honoured to be recognized alongside other deserving winners. Also, it was a welcome opportunity to trade in my jeans and muddy boots for more glamorous evening attire!
What will 2024 bring?
As I reflect on a remarkable year of recognition, I am genuinely very proud of the team and our accomplishments. As we turn our gaze towards 2024, we are excited to welcome many more puppies and owners to our classes. We eagerly anticipate joining you on your puppy training journey, fostering strong bonds and positive experiences together.
