We contacted Nicole to get advice before we get our puppy next month. She had plenty of knowledge and information to give but at no point did we feel lost or that we were drowning in details. Nicole made it very easy to understand and has given us more confidence as future dog owners. We have already signed up for her puppy classes in January.
